Workplace Diversity and the Role of LGBTQI in Driving Business Transformation Beyond COVID-19

Last June 20, I joined a panel discussion on workplace diversity and inclusion in a webinar hosted by Baker McKenzie law firm member Quisumbing Torres.

In the context of work, my definition of equality is when you are valued on the merit of your competence on the job. Your identity shouldn't be an obstacle to the performance of your responsibilities. For HR leaders specifically, elevate your communications to attract diverse talent, encourage allies to speak on your employee experience and empower your leaders to drive inclusion and diversity in all your business policies employee programs.
