Anj Vera is the CEO and Founder of TalentView, an employer branding consultancy with clients across Southeast Asia. With nearly 20 years of experience in human capital strategy, she has worked with leading multinational and regional organizations to help them design and deliver meaningful talent experiences.

Anj is the author of Rethink Recruitment, a top-rated instructor on Udemy in the area of employer branding, and a recognized advocate for inclusive hiring practices. She holds an MBA from De La Salle University and is a graduate of the Employer Branding College in Australia. In 2025, she was honored with the Women Super Achiever Award at the Philippines' Leadership Awards.

Anj has been invited to speak at several conferences on the topic of employer branding, including the HR Tech Tank in Hong Kong, the Happiness at Work Summit in Vietnam and Recruitment Asia in Malaysia. Her insights on talent branding and talent management have also been featured on ANC and on publications such as Inc. Magazine.

Anj graduated with distinction from the Level 1 Employer Brand Leader program of Employer Branding College, Australia and is an MBA graduate of De La Salle University Manila.

Outside of work, Anj is an avid traveler and underwater photographer. She is a PADI-certified diver who regularly photographs marine life to encourage others to appreciate the ocean and make efforts towards conservation.
