Anj is the CEO of TalentView, an employer branding firm with operations across the ASEAN region. She has 15 years of experience in designing human capital strategies and implementing HR technology platforms and is also the author of the HR book, 'Rethink Recruitment.'

Beginning her career in talent acquisition, Anj saw the need to think differently to tackle everyday people management issues by establishing stronger relationships across the talent lifecycle and refocusing value towards effective employer branding strategy, design and technology.

Anj has been invited to speak at several conferences on the topic of employer branding, including the HR Tech Tank in Hong Kong, the Happiness at Work Summit in Vietnam and Recruitment Asia in Malaysia. Her insights on talent branding and talent management have also been featured on ANC and on publications such as Inc. Magazine.

Anj graduated with distinction from the Level 1 Employer Brand Leader program of Employer Branding College, Australia and is an MBA graduate of De La Salle University Manila.

Outside of work, Anj is an avid traveler and underwater photographer. She is a PADI-certified diver who regularly photographs marine life to encourage others to appreciate the ocean and make efforts towards conservation.
