Anj Vera is the CEO and Founder of TalentView, an employer branding consultancy with clients across Southeast Asia. With nearly 20 years of experience in human capital strategy, she has worked with leading multinational and regional organizations to help them design and deliver meaningful talent experiences.
Anj is the author of Rethink Recruitment, a top-rated instructor on Udemy in the area of employer branding, and a recognized advocate for inclusive hiring practices. She holds an MBA from De La Salle University and is a graduate of the Employer Branding College in Australia.
Outside of work, Anj is an avid traveler and underwater photographer. A PADI-certified diver, she regularly photographs marine life to encourage others to appreciate the ocean and support conservation.
